You know time has been going past a little bit wayyyy tooooo fasttt now. Or maybe because work has been too mundane. It feels like just last week when i was thinking, hey it’s Friday tomorrow! ~~(Which it is, would you look at that.)~~ In short, so short yet so long. Hmm.

On one hand, I would like for it to be fast forwarded to December, where I can hopefully, sign up for that class. (If I am) *shrugs* and after that. Finally get in an application for Uni. Perhaps it’s over-anticipation since like, the plan is already there. And I know how I want it to turn out!

Be January already please.

So work’s been pretty mundane for the week. Though they tell me they’ll have better things for me to do next week. I’ve been doing some pretty basic background checking for people opening accounts. So of course, the gist of it would be no result is good result. And that is the part that’s boring. Think searching for thousands of names with only a couple of people getting results, or as they would like to term it, “hits”. So for the whole week last week, I’ve been pretty much searching for names that have 0 results. X.X

So I’ve been amusing myself by observing the demographics of the people applying to open accounts. Interesting people to note -

-Person born in the year 92 with a self claimed net worth of over SGD$2 million.

-Domestic Worker – or as we know it, maid opening account.

- In fact, lots of students seem to be opening accounts. Is there something going on that I don’t know about?

Pretty quiet office though that remains to be seen. Though I would say they are terribly understaffed and the office is too small. Meh. Work process also seems kinda messy and there doesn’t seem to be a definite job scope outlined for me yet, considering they were supposed to need me urgently which is saying something.

Let’s see how it goes eh?

Looks like I’ll be heading in to work the coming Monday. I’ll be at Phillips Securities in Raffles City contracted till Christmas so we’ll see how it goes.

Some income is better than no income at the moment. The job market is horrible! I’m probably being fleeced at the moment. But ohwells.

The haze is quite bad despite PSI readings. I can’t even see Bukit Timah from my room window. That’s how bad the visibility is. Though I don’t see how people are getting that sick from it. We’re all on the top floor and nobody’s coughing.

I’m awfully awfully bored.

The purpose of this entry is to chronicle for myself exactly what was going through at this point of time. Something to remind myself with.

Of Course, we start with – ORD-ed. That’s good enough news as ever.

Room mostly cleared up for re-modelling. Boxes strewn all over the house.

Lessons mostly done with. Let’s hope for a pass end this week eh?

Job Hunting! – NCS. 1 year experience indeed! For that kind of pay?! Looks like it’s gonna be Paya Lebar for Starhub or I’m just gonna have to continue hunting.

I think I’ll have to start writing/typing more to get my brain back to work. Considering it’s been dead for the past 2 years. Entries written in poly were definitely more entertaining. Need to start snapping more random photos too. WHERE ARE MY SCENERY SHOTS! It’s gonna be a WIP!

Ah yes music update, Last CD bought was Step Up 3D soundtrack and Paramore’s Brand New Eyes.

Definitely worth every cent. I still need to get Owl City’s new album!

The author would like to request all fanfiction authors / game developers to quickly release whatever is available. The author lacks material to read. And yes I included game developers since games have really good storyboards in them now, sometimes he finds himself rushing to complete one just to see how it ends.

The Seventh Month ;

No there are no more paranormal things that I know of going on, despite the camp’s positions close proximity to Lim Chu Kang. I’ m talking about bored NSFs taking a bus back to camp after dinner and spotting a ge-tai along the way, getting off, watching it for 5 minutes and getting back on again.

Now that’s the 7th month. Apparently, the ge-tai scene can be places where washed out “Jue Dui Superstar” contestants wind up at. I’m amused.

Oh and please try MOF’s hazelnut ice cream. Quote from camp mate. “It’s really nutty!”

And, if you read the news, remember to acknowledge nasi lemak, laksa, hainanese chicken rice and bak kut teh as malaysian!
